A masterful, multi-character drama this deftly explores life in contemporary Prague through funny, warts-and-all characters and well-drawn family relationships. Beautiful young mum and put upon wife, Marcela moves back into her mum's tiny flat. When her husband is jailed for stealing a car she meets the nice Mr Benes who showers her with the good things in life. Though still attracted to her husband, she finds it hard to resist his kindness, but can she distinguish love from gratitude?
